Who we are

One firm accountable for the advice, the systems and the works.

DAXTRA SYSTEM LIMITED is a Somali-owned firm incorporated in Nairobi in 2010, licensed in Kenya and Somalia, and working from two principal offices of equal standing. We drafted the laws regulators now enforce, built the networks agencies now run on, and delivered the works communities now use — across nine countries, every assignment to audit standard.

How the firm is organised

Three practices.
One standard.

Senior specialists across the firm's practice areas, working from two principal offices of equal standing in Mogadishu and Nairobi.

The advisory practice

Trusted by governments
and regulators.

we're retained.

The full set of answers, including procurement documents, lives on the services and contact pages.

Yes. We prepare tender-compliant submissions routinely and hold AGPO Youth certification, ICTA accreditations and a current Nairobi County licence. Statutory documents, certificates and references are available for your bid file on request.

Every inquiry receives a reference number immediately and a tailored proposal within two working days. Urgent security incidents are triaged the same day, call the office line and say it is an incident.

Two principal offices of equal standing: Mogadishu, Somalia and Tumini House on Moi Avenue, Nairobi. From them we deploy across Kenya's 47 counties, Somalia's federal member states and the wider region — our assignments have reached nine countries across Africa.
